Protea will offer a 2.5 days on site course aimed at providing practical insights in the challenges of Technology Transfer and on elements of Project Management. Focus will be among others on the Do’s and Don’ts of technology transfer as well as on management and leadership strategies.
The course is meant to be interactive and there will be room for ample discussion. Case studies will be used to better understand the challenges of real life cases and how to overcome them. At the end of day 2, participants will be assigned a task: they will then be expected to work on it independently for at least 8 hours. The session of day 3, will be held 2 weeks after day 2. During this last half-day session the assignment will be evaluated and discussed with and among the participants.

- Learn effective tools and skills for best practices within project management;
- Gain practical knowledge from interactive sessions and case studies;
